Our Easy Return Policy
America Grip wants you to love your purchase. If you have any problems or questions about your product, please feel free to reach out to us and give us an opportunity to resolve your issues.
However if you'd like to return your products, this is our super easy return policy.
Unless otherwise stated, all America Grip Brand products can be returned, for any reason, within 60 days of date of delivery subject to the following:
- All America Grip Brand products can be returned for a full refund.
- We do also offer other brands of merchandise. Most of these items are returnable subject to our standard return policy. Any variance is detailed on the product information page.
- Any product we offer that is a custom-made product is non-returnable. This is clearly marked on the product information page if this rule applies.
- Open items may also be returned for any reason subject to the rules below:
- We pay return shipping as long as it is shipping within the United States or via APO, FPO or DPO.
- We may opt to issue a refund and not require the return of the item. This is at our discretion.
- We do not pay return shipping for any item that has left the United States, and was not shipped via APO, FPO or DPO, regardless of reason for return.
- You can choose to return for refund or exchange. Let us know your preference on the return documents you send with your items.
- We do not refund express or international shipping costs.
- Your return will be processed within 2 business days of our receipt. Please allow for shipping time.
- Returned items can be exchanged for a like item or an upgrade.
- Replacement items are normally shipped after we receive and process your return.
All America Grip Brand products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty. If your product breaks after 60 days, please contact us for repair or replacement.
All returns must be pre-authorized. Items returned without authorization may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or refused.
To Initiate a Return please use the Return Request found on your account information page or email support with all of this information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Name of item you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Your mailing address
- Your phone number
We will respond to your request for return within one business day (Monday - Friday).
Note: Refusing delivery is not an authorized return and we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of these returns. If we accept the return, we may subtract round-trip shipping from your refund. This is not a good way to return items as it is impossible to track refused shipments and they may get lost in transit.
